Thank you for shopping with Be Happy Skincare! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your products to you.

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (3-7business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount — see checkout for current thresholds.

3. International Shipping We ship to international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delivery times for international orders vary by location and are typically 7–25 business days after shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages Be Happy Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at behappyskincare.com so we can assist where possible.

6. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to make it right.

7. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at behappyskincare.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
