We want you to love your Be Happy Skincare products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of skincare and body care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Free samples
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs will be deducted.
